Single Pan. With its 29 notes, the Tenor Pan carries the melody in Pan music arrangements. Usually in C & D notes.
D Tenor SteelPan
Single Pan. It consist of 3 rings of notes. Outer ring Low notes, middle ring of notes middle octave with the inner ring producing the highest notes.

Two Pans. With 31 notes, the Double Tenor Pan plays the harmony to what the Tenor pan is playing.
